Bethany Drohmann
I’ve spent decades studying movement, anatomy, and healing — from dance and Pilates to orthopedic massage and postpartum recovery.
My own healing journey, after injury and childbirth, inspired this program: a space where women can rebuild strength with kindness, curiosity, and confidence.
